Flexible Field Solution

For Calix F5 GPON MDU deployments, the 560 offers the most flexible, field configurable solution of the Calix P-Series solutions. Each 560 comes with a base unit and two expansion slots. The base unit includes four 10/100 Ethernet ports, four POTs lines, and one high power RF video output port.

Multidwelling and Business Services Options

Service providers can configure the 560 to their application by adding the required expansion modules. For residential applications, modules with additional POTs ports and remotely controlled RF interdiction capabilities can be added. For business customers a 4-port T1 module is available.

Full Line, Full Featured, Full Service

All of the same industry-leading features available on Calix single-family ONTs are available on the 560. These include integrated support for SIP based VOIP, support for IGMP proxy for IPTV services, and the easy to use provisioning of services through the Calix CMS. For business customers, the 560 supports transparent LAN services, T1 and fractional/switched T1 services. This has made the 560 particularly popular for serving small-to-medium sized businesses and for cellular backhaul applications.
